The pool construction process can be daunting if you don’t know what to expect. We come to your home and answer all of your questions and walk you through the process from beginning to end. We will also discuss with you the details and ideas you have for your outdoor space.
Within three business days of our initial consultation, we put your ideas with our expertise in design, and prepare a drawing of your property showing you the exact location and layout of your swimming pool area.
Before we excavate your pool, we stake out your yard with your dream design in mind. As soon as you approve the layout, we will begin digging. One of our expert contractors will use the latest equipment to excavate your pool and get it ready for the rest of the construction.
Once the site is ready, pool forms and steel rebar will be put into position. While the pool forms shape your pool, the steel provides reinforcement to keep it strong and durable.
The plumbing is designed to take advantage of the most efficient equipment on the market today and to keep your pool sparkling clean and purified. (One year warranty on workmanship and structure)
We use a special mix of gunite applied under high pressure to bind tightly around the steel. These results will give your pool ultimate strength.
Coping installed around your swimming pool is professionally set in place and leveled. Tile is also carefully placed and leveled to the inside of your swimming pool, giving it a beautifully finished look. (One year warranty on workmanship)
We use only certified, licensed electricians to wire the main electrical service to you equipment. (One year warranty on workmanship and structure)
We have a large selection of deck surfaces and colors to make the perfect walk space to suit your dream swimming pool area. (One year warranty on workmanship)
The last step in the construction of your swimming pool is the application of the plaster, which is a hand-troweled, waterproof finish. Now it’s time to add the water. (Ten year warranty on quartz and pebbles, five year warranty on marble white)
After your swimming pool is filled with water, we will stop by and teach you about the operation and care of your pool and the installed equipment.
