We stick with you, every step of the way!

Once you decide on your ideal pool, what’s next?  Below outlines our build process so you can be sure what to expect:

Build Process for your new pool or spa

Preparation
We come to your home and answer all of your questions and walk you through the process from beginning to end.  We will also discuss with you the details and ideas you have for your outdoor space.

Design
Within three business days of our initial consultation, we put your ideas with our expertise in design, and prepare a drawing of your property showing you the exact location and layout of your swimming pool area.

Excavation
Before we excavate your pool, we stake out your new pool.  The stakeout will be based on your design.  As soon as you ok the layout, we will begin digging.  One of our expert contractors will use the latest equipment to excavate your pool and get it ready for the rest of the construction.

Steel Reinforcement
Steel reinforcing will be put on a box-style on the sides and bottom of your swimming pool, all connecting to the box beam band on the top, which will add life to your pool.

Plumbing
The plumbing is designed to take advantage of the most efficient equipment on the market today and to keep your pool sparkling clean and purified.
(One year warranty on workmanship and structure)

Gunite
We use a special mix of Gunite applied under high pressure to bind tightly around the steel. These results will give your pool ultimate strength.

Tile and Coping
Coping, installed around your swimming pool, is professionally set in place and leveled

Tile is also carefully placed and leveled to the inside of your swimming pool, giving it a beautifully finished look.

Electrical
We use only certified, licensed electrician to wire the main electrical service to you equipment. 
(One year warranty on workmanship and structure)

Deck
We have a large selection of deck surfaces and colors to make the perfect finish to suit your dream swimming pool area.
(One year warranty on workmanship)

Plaster
The last step in the construction of your swimming pool is the application of the plaster which is a hand-troweled, waterproof finish.  Now it's time to add the water.
(Ten year warranty on quartz and pebbles, five year warranty on marble white)

Visit
After your swimming pool is filled with water, we will stop by and teach you about the operation and care of your pool and the installed equipment.
